My name is Sara Dorani and I am a functional medicine health coach (certified through IFM) with a Master’s in Social Psychology from Bar Ilan.
When I made Aliyah from New York 12 years ago, the emotional stress of leaving everything familiar deeply affected my health. Conventional medicine couldn’t help, so I began learning how to support my body and mind naturally on my own. That experience changed my life and set me on a path of continuous learning.
Today, I am passionate about helping women and girls reconnect with their best selves through self-awareness, self-care, and sustainable lifestyle changes that feel realistic and supportive of their unique lives and situations. I take a holistic approach addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of imbalance.
I pride myself in offering a safe, compassionate space for women and girls to heal, with guidance and accountability along the way. While I work with a wide range of goals and challenges, my core focus is restoring nervous system balance after chronic stress, allowing the body to move out of survival mode and into true healing. I specialize in supporting women with candida, food sensitivities, fungal acne, bloating, and gut imbalances.
My mission is to help you feel like your best YOU.
